Sports Rhythm Training
The Sports Rhythm Training is a fun program designed for athletes to work on their mobility and coordination in uptempo classes. You will improve your own “sense of rhythm” by jumping along to the beat of the music. These classes are open to all sports athletes of any ability and age group.
Shooting
Our Shooting classes use the Dr Dish Shooting Machine to gather an accurate analysis of an athlete’s shooting form. Already used by top NBA superstars like Luka Doncic and perennial NCAA powerhouse basketball programs like University of North Carolina (UNC), this machine provides state-of-the-art analytics for us to improve your “catch and shoot” form.
NBA Skills Training
Learn the fundamental skills used by current and former NBA players. Each skill will be taught using training methods only available at J.R. Basketball Training Lab.
Ball Handling
Our Ball Handling classes use the most advanced training system, The Lazer Dribbling Machine, where athletes are immersed in a virtual simulation. Like a video game, the sensors on The Lazer will read the movements of the athlete and award points for each corresponding movement. Our classes will help improve your ball handling while keeping you fully engaged.

- K – G3 : 2:30pm – 4:00pm
- G4 – G6 : 4:00pm – 5:30pm
